About this Look:

This look is a high fashion day-into-night look that’s perfect for Spring/Summer.  I particularly love this for someone with a darker skin tone, to contrast the light tone of the look.  The standout element of this look is definitely the Fendi bag, giving us a little mix of beautiful cool-toned neutrals (this would work back to so many looks, incorporating any of these colors).

Side note:  Many people over the age of 25 have taken a moment to warm up to matching sets that show midriff skin.  The key is to be strategic about where the cutout/crop hits on the body (typically, the higher on the abdomen, the more flattering) and how much skin is showing.  This particular set doesn’t actually show much (if any) skin because the two pieces pretty much hit at the same spot depending on the length of your torso.  I like a bit of skin with this though, just to show that it’s not a dress but an on-trend set.
