Few things are more decadent on a garment than an appliqué. This top hits all the right notes with its rich tones and intricately detailed craftsmanship. I paired it with a slim, sleek pant to balance the exaggerated silhouette of the peplum and carried that minimalism over into the bag, with a similarly sleek clutch from Jeffrey Levinson in a chic matte black. I finished it off by pulling out tones of the top, bringing color close to the face, with a stunning pair of Amrapali sparklers.
