This look is sleek and sexy Tom Ford (although the dress is Galvan) with a dash of spicy Vegas vibes.  I love a bold red nail with this, especially carrying that knuckle clutch. It could be pared down if you did a sleek clutch instead or something geometric playing on the stripes of the sequins… but I figured, why not amp it up a little?
