About this Look:

With Easter and Passover around the corner, I had the tradition pastel palette in mind when I styled this look. There are also an amazing amount of pastels out in the market right now- from handbags to shoes to ready-to-wear. So it’s really a matter of picking your poison if you’re so inclined. If you do love a pastel, now is the time to make a few choice purchases because there are plenty of seasons where it’s impossible to find them.

Styling Note:   When styling pastels, I like more of a wash in the pastel color (for example, celadon rather than a bold baby green).  I also like to ground those lighter shades with a white, cream, silver or light gold. Whether that be wearing a lavender cashmere sweater with white denim or a stunner cocktail dress in the palest of pinks, accented with some oxidized gunmetal jewelry.
