About this Look:
I recently went to a concert and, wow, it had been awhile! It made me think of date nights and live music looks; ultimately, serving as inspiration for this board. I pulled the cool tones from the beautiful dusty rose of this bodysuit to coordinate the python Fendi shoe (my favorite item in this look!) and Chloe bag.
The shoe, called the Fendi First, is pretty closed-up for a slide, giving it more support and comfort than its sister-slides out in the market right now. The innovative use of the Fendi logo as a make-shift wedge is also pretty epic. Not to mention, one of the best aspects of any animal print accessory: the added interest of the pattern combined with the various color tones lend themselves to unlimited future styling options. For example, this beauty would also be fabulous with a monochromatic cream/white/grey/brown look to give it a pop or in a myriad of other creative ways.
End Note: Aesthetically, I don’t love a crossbody strap cutting across a neckline like this, however, for the sake of the intention of this look (a concert) and being hands-free, it makes sense. The bag itself is a Chloe staple, the Marcie, that has been around for years with good reason. It’s a tried and true stalwart in their collection, combining the practicality of mid-size crossbody flap bag in a durable pebbled leather with high-end fashion quality and style.
Voila! She is ready for a fun night out!
